Things you should know
Custom items can take 2-3 weeks to produce and up to 1 week shipping time.
If you need your custom item sooner than 3-4 weeks, please email us before placing your order. If items are out of stock but do not show that when you order, we will email you and let you know approximate time to be delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide each and every customer with quality customer service as well as quality products and timely delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should our merchandise not be to your satisfaction, we will gladly return or exchange unwashed, unworn, unsoiled or defective merchandise within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving to you. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price of merchandise. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom Orders such as monogramming, photo cards and personalized t shirts are non-returnable.

Please include your original invoice in your return box or include a note with your name, shipping address and zip code and original order number. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your return package. Packages missing the above information may be returned at the cost of the sender

How Should I Ship My Package Back?

We suggest using a shipping service that offers a tracking number and insures your package. We are not responsible for lost packages being returned.

How Will I Know That My Return Package has been Credited?

As soon as we receive your return package and credit your account, you will receive an email notification including your original order number and the amount of the credit.

Photo Card Policies

Once you place an online photo card order, we will request a photo from you via email. You will need to email us a photo via email. Photos need to be in a .jpg or .bmp format in the highest resolution possible. If you are taking them with a digital camera, use the maximum setting, the higher megapixel the better.

Upon receiving your photo, please allow 3-5 business days for us to email you the proof. For any revisions you suggest, please allow 2-5 business days for us to email you the revised proof.

Once your order has been approved by you for printing, your order will be shipped within approximately 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Any orders cancelled after the card proof has been created will be subject to a non-refundable $35 proof setup fee.

Custom Designed Cards - If you do not see a sample of the type of card you would like, we can custom design a card especially for you! Just call us or send us an email with your specific theme or ideas.

We can turn your color photos into black & white or sepia.

Our photo cards are actual photos, printed on FUJI Crystal Archive Paper in your choice of a matte or glossy finish by a professional photo lab. Photos are standard 4x6 size. 5x7 are available, please contact us before ordering.

Please remember these are custom cards and are non-refundable once final proof is approved.
